The Deals team offers a wide variety of services that deliver value-led advice and outcomes. They possess in-depth knowledge of business, industry sectors, and markets, understanding the risks and opportunities that affect our clients. The team works across strategy, operations, and transactional projects, offering opportunities to work on some of the world's most exciting financial operations and business deals, building experience alongside industry leaders.

Success in this role involves proactive work, task management, collaboration, and regular communication with senior stakeholders. You will be encouraged to identify opportunities to enhance our services and delivery.
Our Corporate Simplification clients include multinational listed companies, privately owned organizations, accountants, solicitors, and private equity firms. We address governance, risk, and transparency challenges, often working across service lines to streamline processes, wind down planning, manage exits, and execute solvent restructuring solutions.
This is a unique opportunity to work within an experienced and growing team. You will proactively manage cases from inception to completion, oversee elements of larger projects, and guide junior team members.
You will continue to develop your technical and accountancy knowledge through on-the-job experience and training. You will also have opportunities to engage in business development, sector initiatives, and firm-wide projects.
