1. Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and stimulating English lessons across key stage 3 and 4.

4. Demonstrate commitment to helping all children & parents succeed and achieve.
5. Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons tailored to students' needs.
6. Assess and track student progress, implementing effective teaching strategies.
