Windsor Forest Colleges Group - EHC Plan (EHCP) Coordinator

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) Coordinator within our Foundation department to join our Slough and Langley College team on a full-time basis.

Role Overview

The EHCP Coordinator will report to the Head of Foundation, supporting outstanding educational leadership. Responsibilities include managing the EHCP process (Foundation), including initial assessments, provision mapping, annual reviews, and liaising with professionals, parents, and young people. The role involves overseeing provision for students with EHCPs across BCA, Slough, and Langley Colleges. Applicants must have experience managing the EHCP process and in-depth knowledge of the SEND code of practice.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the EHCP process to ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice.
  2. Coordinate assessments, reviews, and liaise with stakeholders.
  3. Lead the College in providing outstanding SEN provision.
