We are a dedicated team of sales professionals committed to driving customer satisfaction and achieving double-digit growth. Our team is spread across Germany, France, the Netherlands, and the UK. We strive for excellence in sales execution and aim to make a significant impact on our clients' success.

We are seeking a self-driven and collaborative (Account Executive) with a deep understanding of geolocation technologies and their relevance for enterprises. The ideal candidate will have proven B2B sales and account management experience. This role can be based at any of our UK or Netherlands offices, with flexible options for remote work.

Your Impact
  1. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies for the On-demand Delivery & Mobility segment across Europe. Focus on acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth through tailored business plans.
  2. Bookings and Revenue Targets: Achieve and surpass sales targets by creating compelling value propositions and establishing long-term client relationships. Win new customers, close multimillion deals, and generate incremental revenue within the first year.
  3. Customer Engagement: Build relationships with executive-level clients, particularly at the C-level. Align HERE's leadership with clients' strategic visions and uncover new growth opportunities.
  4. Market Expansion: Use understanding of HERE's strengths to address challenges in the Multi-Industry segment targeting large enterprises. Identify strategic accounts and focus on securing substantial deals.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across teams including pre-sales, customer success, product management, legal, marketing, and partners to drive success.
  6. Operational Excellence: Demonstrate excellence in planning, forecasting, and reporting using SFDC. Build trusted advisor relationships within your territory based on industry and technology expertise.
Who are you?

If you are an experienced and motivated sales professional passionate about growth, we invite you to apply. You should have over 5+ years of B2B sales experience, a proven record of exceeding quotas in complex software or SaaS solutions, and success in acquiring large enterprise accounts. Proficiency in developing business cases, navigating new territories, closing large deals (>€5M), and managing intricate transactions is essential.

You should be capable of leading virtual teams, adapting to fast-paced environments, and managing time effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and SFDC is required, and exceptional English communication skills are necessary. Additional language skills in Italian, French, or Spanish are a plus. An MBA with an engineering background is preferred.
