Purpose

Deichmann is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant to join our Brighton store.

You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.41 per hour plus non-contractual, hourly sales commission.

This is a part-time, permanent position, contracted for 12 hours per week. Ideal candidate:

  • Possesses a positive attitude towards providing exceptional customer service.
  • Works well within a team and can work calmly under pressure.
Key Activities
  1. Approaching customers and providing helpful, knowledgeable information about our products.
  2. Serving customers at the till and processing sales transactions.
  3. Recommending and promoting complementary products with each sale.
  4. Collaborating with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
  5. Replenishing stock continuously to keep shelves full.
  6. Processing stock deliveries promptly.
  7. Maintaining a clean and tidy shop floor to a high standard.
  8. Performing any additional ad hoc duties as required.
