Job Title: Driveline Operative/ Mechanical Fitter
Location: Ballymena, County Antrim
Duration: Temporary contract
Pay Rates: 30.26 ( umbrella)

Hours: 7am -5pm Mon to Thurs

We are currently recruiting for a number of skilled and dedicated Driveline Operatives to join the production team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in manufacturing and mechanical assembly, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to high-quality production processes.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Assembling and fitting driveline components with precision.
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to ensure accuracy.
Maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to safety protocols.
Collaborating with team members and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Being flexible with shift patterns and overtime when required.

Qualifications & Experience:
Chassis assembly experience.
Time-served in a relevant trade (Fitter, Mechanic, Plumber).

Experience & Skills:
Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Awareness of Health & Safety regulations.
