We are seeking a motivated and sales-oriented Retail Assistant Manager to join our growing team in our Vodafone Clacton on Sea Partner store. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in managing a team of Retail Advisers, helping them achieve their potential. You will assist with back-office tasks such as managing holidays and rotas. Additionally, you will energize the sales floor with your enthusiasm and lead by example.
