Temporary Administrator for a charity - Part time!

Location

Bradford- BD1

Hours:

14.8 hours per week - Days of work: Mondays and Tuesdays or Tuesdays and Wednesdays!

Job Description:

You will be supporting a charity based in Bradford (BD1). You will be joining a friendly, bubbly team.

This client is a renowned charity, so a high level of empathy and patience when communicating with service users is essential. Customer Service and Administration experience are imperative.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Dealing with the referral process from start to finish
  2. Processing referrals ensuring all information is accurately captured on the CRM system
  3. Sending and drafting letters
  4. Chasing personal information when missing
  5. Building positive relationships with therapists, referrers, and families, demonstrating sensitivity and empathy
  6. Sharing information about the service with referrers and, where appropriate, about other supporting services
  7. Raising safeguarding or mental health concerns with the appropriate team manager/department and following guidance
  8. Keeping the service Excel tracker and case management systems up to date with key information
  9. Populating assessment templates with appropriate information if necessary
  10. Minute meetings as requested
  11. Managing internal email inbox
  12. Working flexibly as required by the needs of the service and carrying out any other reasonable duties

Ideal candidate will have:

  1. Previous experience in Administration
  2. The ability to work under pressure
  3. Excellent organisation and multitasking skills with good time management
  4. A high level of empathy and patience
  5. IT literacy, including Excel, Outlook, Sage, or other CRM systems
