Job Description:
You will be supporting a charity based in Bradford (BD1). You will be joining a friendly, bubbly team.
This client is a renowned charity, so a high level of empathy and patience when communicating with service users is essential. Customer Service and Administration experience are imperative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with the referral process from start to finish
- Processing referrals ensuring all information is accurately captured on the CRM system
- Sending and drafting letters
- Chasing personal information when missing
- Building positive relationships with therapists, referrers, and families, demonstrating sensitivity and empathy
- Sharing information about the service with referrers and, where appropriate, about other supporting services
- Raising safeguarding or mental health concerns with the appropriate team manager/department and following guidance
- Keeping the service Excel tracker and case management systems up to date with key information
- Populating assessment templates with appropriate information if necessary
- Minute meetings as requested
- Managing internal email inbox
- Working flexibly as required by the needs of the service and carrying out any other reasonable duties
Ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in Administration
- The ability to work under pressure
- Excellent organisation and multitasking skills with good time management
- A high level of empathy and patience
- IT literacy, including Excel, Outlook, Sage, or other CRM systems
