Global Marketing Manager – Fragrance/Beauty – South West London – £60-65,000 (AE684112)

The team collaborates closely, spending 4 days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Calendar: Lead product launches, promotional campaigns
  • Trade Marketing & POS: Develop omni-channel retail activations, execution, promotions, and POS
  • PR & Influencer Marketing: Build relationships with media, bloggers, and creators
  • Social Media & Digital: Manage the Social Media Manager to ensure cohesive messaging across channels
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Set KPIs, track performance, and optimise marketing efforts
  • Budget Ownership: Maximise ROI and ensure every marketing pound delivers impact
  • Team Leadership: Develop a small content creation and social media management team
