  • South Coast: Southampton (CPO), Winchester
  • Home Counties: Chelmsford, Dartford, Gatwick, Guildford, Milton Keynes, Reading (CPO), St Albans

Please note, the final recruitment stage will be an in-person group assessment in mid-late July 2025 at select locations.

What You'll Do

This programme offers a challenging, hands-on experience with rotations across core departments. Your performance will be reviewed at each rotation, helping you develop skills and grow beyond the 12 months. It’s ideal for motivated self-starters who enjoy accountability and innovation, supporting key business functions, exceeding targets, and contributing new ideas.

The core departments include:

  • Front of House: Providing excellent visitor, customer, and employee experiences
  • Delivery: Assisting with vehicle collections to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Parts: Supporting sourcing and allocation of vehicle parts
  • Virtual Prep: Assisting customers pre-service, diagnosing faults, and educating customers
  • Service: Performing common vehicle repairs
  • Sales: Supporting customer purchase journeys
  • Elective Rotation: The final rotation aligned with your potential future role

Post-programme, based on your performance, you may have the opportunity to apply for full-time roles aligned with your strengths and aspirations.
