CAD/Project Co-ordinator-Filled

We are working in partnership with a dedicated manufacturing company to deliver high-quality projects and innovative solutions in Pump Equipment. We are seeking a detail-oriented CAD/Project Coordinator to join their team and oversee CAD operations while coordinating project activities to ensure timely and successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create and manage detailed CAD drawings and designs for projects using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
2. Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and communication between teams.
3. Assist in developing project plans, budgets, and timelines.
4. Ensure design accuracy and adherence to project specifications and regulatory requirements.
5. Review and approve CAD drawings and design documents, providing feedback and revisions as needed.
6. Track project progress and prepare reports for stakeholders.
7. Facilitate meetings and communication between project teams, clients, and contractors.
8. Maintain and organize CAD files and documentation, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
9. Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to CAD designs and project execution.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) and project coordination.
2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
5. Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
6. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
7. Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
