Qualifications

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 2:1 degree or expected graduation in 2024 or 2025;
• Background in Tech, Design, or Engineering;
• Interest and enthusiasm for the Financial Services industry;
• Ability to commute daily to Cheadle (role is not remote);
• Drive and passion to succeed in an ambitious business;
• Problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies;
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to confidently engage with senior management, including presenting ideas effectively.
