If you are passionate about data-driven marketing and have a proven track record in data marketing, data operations, or data product management, we would love to hear from you.

We offer flexibility over where you work. You can choose to work from home or in one of our hubs in London or Folkestone. Our data team visits London roughly once a week.

Role Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of data-driven marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.
  • Optimize consent management processes, ensuring GDPR and other relevant regulations compliance.
  • Support initiatives to grow the database, including website sign-ups.
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for database growth.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs to measure the effectiveness of data strategies.
  • Identify new data sources and oversee their capture and validation into marketing processes.
  • Ensure compliance when capturing consent/permissions.

  • Ensure quality of metadata (e.g., website tagging) for decision-making.
  • Assist teams in delivering data for real-time decisioning across marketing channels.
  • Evaluate and test new data integrations and tools to improve marketing performance.
  • Provide testing-based recommendations to optimize outcomes.
  • Collaborate with business units to improve data leverage and implement personalized campaigns.
  • Work with vendors and stakeholders to assess new integrations and gather requirements.
  • Coordinate with Technology and Digital teams to identify first-party data opportunities and align initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience in implementing data marketing strategies, including database growth and data-driven marketing.
  • Experience working with marketing teams on data for campaign design and execution.
  • Proven ability to lead small to medium data strategy projects.
  • Understanding of ESPs, data management, and unsubscribe processes.
