What will I be doing?

As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be making our customers’ day, every day. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer service, assisting with sizes, styles, purchases, or returns
• Setting up a tidy and attractive shop floor, fitting rooms, and stockroom
• Processing transactions efficiently at the till, handling queries, voids, and returns
• Receiving and checking deliveries, ensuring proper pricing and standards
