Job Description:

Leverage your analytical skills and build strong stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced setting! As a Quality Control Reviewer in the KYC Operations Team, you will perform end-to-end quality reviews of KYC profiles to ensure compliance with corporate and local regulatory standards for new clients, incremental new business, periodic reviews, and remediation of existing relationships. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and flexible operational environment, capable of evaluating complex and lengthy KYC/AML documents to ensure full adherence to regulations. Effective communication skills are essential, as you will need to build and maintain strong relationships in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end quality review of KYC profiles for accuracy, completeness, and validity, ensuring adherence to JP Morgan standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage workload and priorities, escalate risks/issues promptly to management.
• Stay informed of process, procedure, and regulatory changes and apply them accordingly.
• Respond to audit and regulator review areas as required.
• Partner with management to meet KPIs, monitor metrics, highlight concerns, propose solutions, and support additional tasks like prioritization, escalation, workflow management, recruitment, and group initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the firm.
• Identify and implement process improvements and support key process and technology initiatives.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Experience in KYC/AML within the financial industry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
• Excellent analytical skills, detail-oriented, capable of investigating issues and analyzing large data sets.
• Strong time management skills, self-directed, able to handle high-pressure, time-sensitive tasks.
• Quality-focused work ethic with a strong control mindset.
• Flexibility to operate in a changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Previous experience as a Quality Control Reviewer.
• KYC/AML/Compliance/Audit/Risk & Controls knowledge.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Knowledge of risk factors affecting specific products and industries.
