Job Description:

We’re looking for an Inventory and Release Team Administrator to join us in Bradford.

You will be responsible for auditing, creating, and maintaining network and premise inventory data, so that it accurately reflects changes made to the physical network as well as homes passed (serviceable premises), in a timely and efficient manner. You will ensure this conforms to our high internal and regulatory standards and requirements.

It will be your responsibility as the Data Administrator to process high volumes of sophisticated data to support Virgin Media’s Network Fibre Upgrade Programme and other high-profile projects.

What will you be doing?

  • The audit, creation and release of inventory related data in relevant systems
  • Ensuring the quality and standard of output is maintained, handled and quality assessed
  • Understand and resolve exceptions from robotic processes to ensure timely delivery of key processes
  • Identify and call out risks and quality concerns to the Operational Team Manager
  • Responsible for giving innovative ideas to process transformation.
  • Providing domain expertise within the team and to other collaborator groups
  • Engage with external parties to validate address data where appropriate
  • Identifying and investigating discrepancies or inaccuracies, resolving root cause, calling out issues and implementing agreed actions.
  • Supporting the transfer and transformation of existing processes from the "as is" state, to the new "to be" because of digital transformation and automation opportunities.

  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel
  • A flexible approach to working hours
  • Other utility sector experience
