Electrical Maintenance Team Leader
We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Team Leader to join a market-leading PLC listed manufacturer based in the Arnold area of Nottingham.
This position offers a salary of up to £58,200, company pension matched to 10%, generous holiday allowance, annual production bonus, and overtime opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Manage, motivate, and develop the team through performance reviews to meet objectives.
- Lead site improvement projects to enhance manufacturing capability.
- Oversee electrical task allocation and perform maintenance and repairs on machinery.
- Improve plant reliability using continuous improvement tools, including 5S principles.
- Utilize CMMS for Planned Preventative Maintenance, inspections, repairs, and stock control.
- Maintain the highest Health and Safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- UK Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Proven electrical maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- Experience with PPM activities and continuous improvement tools.
- Knowledge of current Health and Safety laws and practices.
- Leadership skills with experience in team development and performance management.
- Ability to implement problem-solving techniques, provide solutions, and delegate tasks.
