We are currently looking for a Configuration Manager to join our team supporting our government customer, Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) at Point Mugu, CA.

NAWCWD operates mainly in two Southern California locations: China Lake and Point Mugu. To enhance service capabilities for current and future NAVAIR operations, NAWCWD is modernizing and optimizing the infrastructure supporting weapons development and testing. How our Configuration Manager will make an impact:

1. Serve as the interface and point of contact with government program authorities on technical and project issues.
2. Assist the GDIT Program Manager in overseeing contractor execution of contract requirements and resource employment at the customer site.
3. Contribute to the completion of milestones for specific engineering projects.
4. Act as the primary liaison between Program Management and other functional groups, resolving issues related to configuration management documentation.
5. Build and develop application tables, panels, reports, and code modules for enterprise applications.
6. Integrate software, develop external interfaces, and maintain technical documentation.
7. Establish, document, implement, and monitor the release management process, ensuring program-wide compliance and timely delivery.
8. Define content and rollout plans for releases, aligning with change management processes.
9. Identify stakeholders for each release, communicate effectively, and manage expectations during planning and rollout phases.

What you’ll need to succeed (Required):

1. Active Secret security clearance.
2. 3+ years of relevant experience.
3. Experience with DoD IT or weapons development programs.
4. Familiarity with C# language is a plus.
5. Specific certification requirements (to be specified).
6. Location: Onsite at Point Mugu, CA.

The salary range for this position is approximately $101,566 - $126,500, based on experience, location, and contractual factors.
