Job Opportunity: Theatre Practitioner

We are currently seeking hardworking, enthusiastic, and friendly individuals, either RGN or ODP, to join our dynamic, fast-paced Acute Theatre Suite.

Our surgical specialties include Maxillo Facial, ENT, General Surgery, Orthopaedic Trauma, Gynaecology, Obstetrics, Urology, and Paediatrics, covering both Elective and Emergency procedures.

We are pleased to offer Robotic Assisted Surgical Technology training pathways for specific theatre specialties and team members.

Applicants should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work cohesively within a multidisciplinary team, and evidence of ongoing professional development.

Hours will vary to meet service needs, including shift, weekend work, and rotational nights, with flexibility to work across all sites in Fife.

We provide a comprehensive induction program supported by Clinical Educators and an Education Coordinator.

We are committed to investing in and developing our team members. Currently, we fund and support the Advanced Scrub Practitioner programs levels 1 & 2 and the NES Anaesthetic Competency program.
