They are currently seeking a creative and compassionate Crafts Lead to join their team in Warrington, delivering meaningful craft, arts, and woodwork sessions while supporting learners to develop skills, confidence, and self-expression in a safe and inclusive environment.
About the Role:
As the Crafts Lead, you will play a key role in designing and delivering engaging creative sessions tailored to each learners abilities and goals. Through a wide range of arts, crafts, and woodwork activities, you will help learners build practical and life skills, promote independence, and contribute to enterprise initiatives such as seasonal craft sales.
This hands-on role combines creativity with leadership, supporting learners with diverse and sometimes complex needs, while also mentoring support staff and volunteers. Reporting to the Head of Department, youll be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred experiences and monitoring learner progression.
