Your key responsibilities will include:

• Working with the Head Chef to produce high-end, high-quality food for Hospitality and Events
• Supporting the creation of exciting menu concepts
• Adhering to H&S and F&H standards
• Stock taking and ordering
• Deputising in the absence of the Head Chef
