What You’ll Do

1. AWS Infrastructure & Automation: Build and optimize cloud infrastructure from scratch using AWS services and pre-architected tooling.
2. Support and Maintain Cloud Infrastructure: Build, support, maintain, and optimize scalable, reliable, and secure AWS infrastructure using Terraform, ensuring optimal performance and cost-efficiency.
3. Magento Deployment & Optimization: Deploy and maintain high-availability Magento environments, ensuring rapid scaling, security, and uptime tailored to business needs.
4. Security Management: Implement and maintain security best practices across all cloud and on-premises infrastructures, ensuring data protection, compliance, and continuous monitoring.
5. CI/CD Pipeline Management: Build and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines, automating testing, deployment, and infrastructure provisioning for rapid delivery cycles.
6. On-Premise to Cloud Transition: Support the transition from on-premise infrastructure to the cloud, focusing on maintaining and improving infrastructure as code aligned with business goals.
7. Disaster Recovery Implementation: Implement and support disaster recovery plans and solutions, ensuring seamless recovery of services in case of disruptions or failures.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and product teams to optimize workflows and implement solutions that streamline deployment and management of applications.
9. Monitoring & Incident Management: Set up robust monitoring solutions, ensuring early detection of issues and effective incident response to minimize downtime.

What You'll Bring

1. Extensive Experience in AWS: Deep understanding of AWS services including EC2, RDS, Aurora, Lambda, VPC, IAM, with the ability to manage and support mid-scale deployments.
2. Proficiency in Terraform: Strong hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code, including creating and maintaining reusable modules.
3. Magento Expertise (nice to have): Experience deploying and maintaining high-performance Magento instances, ensuring scalability, security, and uptime.
4. Security Focus: In-depth understanding of security best practices, with experience implementing security measures across infrastructure, applications, and CI/CD pipelines.
5. CI/CD Pipeline Development: Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar, automating build, test, and deployment processes.
6. Cloud Transition Skills: Experience supporting transitions from on-premise to cloud environments, maintaining infrastructure as code.
7. Disaster Recovery Planning: Experience in supporting and implementing disaster recovery strategies, ensuring business continuity and minimal downtime.
8. Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, providing support and guidance to developers, operations, and stakeholders.
9. Kubernetes (EKS) & Docker: Strong skills in managing containerized applications, troubleshooting Docker, and managing pods.
