Job description

Job Opportunity: Mechanical Fitter

Location: Aberdeen

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 07:30 - 16:30 (42 hours per week). Flexible hours, including job shares and amended hours, will be considered to support work/life balance.

Salary: £28,589 per annum, pro rata.

The role of a Mechanical Fitter involves performing basic electrical and functionality testing, servicing, and cleaning returned hire products to ensure safety and presentation for customers. This is a busy, productive role offering opportunities to build a career in engineering, supported by in-house training courses.

Requirements:
  • Basic electrical skills (12/24v)
  • Basic mechanical skills and effective use of tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Driving license
  • Ability to support team objectives and adapt quickly
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude
  • Commitment to learning and development
