Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Manager for Cambridge House, this role will focus on developing recruitment strategies to identify key talent and build best-in-class teams across all departments. The individual will lead recruitment efforts, create an exceptional candidate experience, and foster a positive team member culture.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for both line-level and management positions.
  2. Oversee and facilitate all visa recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, completing training plans, visa petitions, and other required paperwork.
  3. Manage the entire onboarding lifecycle, including pre-employment screening, interview scheduling, and sending offer letters.
  4. Act as a liaison between the hotel and educational institutions, employment agencies, and participate in job fairs as needed.
  5. Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent & Culture teams regarding hiring needs, internal transfers, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, preferably within hospitality.
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment environments.
  • Exposure to hotel recruitment, including food & beverage, culinary, and operations roles.
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems, preferably SmartRecruiters.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Legal ability to live and work in the UK without sponsorship.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
