Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations.
  2. Lead and motivate team members to deliver Bibibop’s signature service and quality.
  3. Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  4. Uphold company policies, procedures, and health/safety standards.
  5. Address guest feedback with professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution.
  6. Assist in training and developing team members to reach their full potential.
  7. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  8. Ensure consistent food quality, preparation, and presentation.

Requirements:

  1. Must be at least 18 years old.
  2. Two years of experience in a management or leadership role within a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
  3. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  4. Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
