Total Number of hours: 21 hours
Working Pattern: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9am-5pm. This role will include some Saturday working.
We offer an attractive hourly rate starting from £13.19 Per Hour plus an annual discretionary performance bonus.
What you'll do
The role of a Customer Service Representative is to provide our customers with an outstanding service by taking ownership of customers’ transactional or service requests and answering specific product queries. Our representatives also educate customers about HSBC self-service devices and digital platforms, offering them choices in banking methods.
We seek passionate individuals who aim to deliver excellent customer experiences, are ambitious, and possess a helpful personality. Previous customer service experience is helpful but not essential; we value genuine conversational skills and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.

Training:
Full in-branch training will be provided, covering systems, products, and services. The training course lasts 40 hours over two weeks, Monday to Friday. Overtime or payment in lieu may be offered if needed. Attendance for the entire course is required, and holidays cannot be taken during this period.
