An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned HR Director to join a dynamic and fast-growing international beauty company. This London-based hybrid role will oversee all HR activities for the UK & Ireland, partnering closely with local leadership and reporting directly to the Global CHRO at HQ.

As part of the Country Leadership Team, you’ll drive strategic people initiatives, coach senior stakeholders, and lead a small HR team to support retail operations and office functions across both countries.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Leading and executing the local HR strategy in alignment with global objectives
  • Overseeing the annual people budget and workforce planning
  • Acting as a key partner and coach to retail and office leadership
  • Driving change management and organisational development initiatives
  • Leading performance, talent management, and succession planning processes
  • Shaping and executing compensation and benefits strategy for the region
  • Overseeing recruitment, training, and onboarding activities
  • Managing and mentoring the local HR team
  • Collaborating with international HR counterparts and contributing to global projects

What You Bring

  • Extensive HR leadership experience, ideally within the retail, cosmetics, or lifestyle sectors
  • Proven track record in managing HR operations in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
  • Strong knowledge of UK & Irish employment law
  • Inspirational leadership style with excellent communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on ability to deliver results
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages a plus
