As a Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and coaching Warehouse Operatives and Trainee Supervisors, including 1:1s to discuss performance, setting SMART goals when expectations are not met
• Collaborating with the Section Manager to monitor delivery against plans and identify areas for improvement
• Driving performance on key metrics to ensure efficient warehouse operations fulfilling customer demands on time and in full
• Upholding safety standards on site, working with the Safety team on routines, inspections, risk assessments, and audits
• Reviewing weekly labour plans to ensure adequate staffing, sharing feedback with the Section Manager
• Addressing and planning to meet daily/weekly targets
• Partnering with key stakeholders to support strategic activities
• Supporting culture change initiatives and reducing turnover
