There's a role for everyone in retail, including leadership. As a Section Manager, you'll motivate your team to uphold high standards across your department, maximize availability, and drive sales. You should have an eye for detail, ensuring shop floor standards are met and that back-of-house areas operate safely and efficiently. As part of the leadership team, you'll work a three-week rolling rota, which may include weekends. At times, you may be solely responsible for the store, so confidence in overseeing operations is essential.

You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable to change. A friendly, proactive attitude and a willingness to collaborate with your team to achieve great results are important. You should have an enthusiastic approach, with strong coaching and mentoring skills.
