This is primarily an on-site role with flexibility while onboarding a junior team.

We are partnering with a female-led consumer gifts brand that is rapidly growing. Founded by an innovative designer, the business is expanding at a rate of 100% year-over-year.

In addition to a strong ecommerce presence, the brand is now available in premium retail stores. Their affordable, premium products enable growth despite economic challenges.

The role involves being the second-in-command, reporting directly to the founder. You will shape the commercial vision and develop various business functions.

Duties will include:

• Managing teams responsible for commercial, marketing, digital, operations, legal, and finance
• Driving an integrated marketing strategy across brand, paid channels, CRM, SEO, and influencer collaborations
• Acting as the commercial driver, identifying new opportunities and enabling the founder to focus on creative and brand representation
• Collaborating with warehousing and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery according to SLAs

You will have:

• Significant experience in marketing or ecommerce roles
• Experience leading other channels outside of ecommerce/marketing
• Strong P&L management experience and a track record of scaling a brand from six to seven figures+
