Overview:
You are a skilled and experienced Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Platform Specialist to join our Data Platform team on a contract basis. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational stability and performance of our data infrastructure, with a specific focus on data pipelines in BigQuery and Composer. Your primary responsibility will be to assess our current monitoring and alerting capabilities, design and implement enhancements, and roll out these improvements to the team.

Project Description: DEEP Sustainment Project is an initiative with a focus on improving and maintaining the DEEP (Data Enablement Exposure Platform), our enterprise data platform. It aims to ensure DEEP remains a robust, efficient, and cost-effective platform for data and AI initiatives across the organization. Key aspects of the DEEP Sustainment project include Enhancements and Maintenance, Cost Optimization, DataOps Maturity, Security Strategy and Collaboration and Communication.
