We’re looking for a Content Publisher to join our Customer Experience team at Tesco Bank

This is an exciting time to join an evolving and growing team. The Digital Content team are responsible for all changes on the Tesco Bank website. If you like speaking to stakeholders from all over the business and have an eye for what good content looks like, then this is the job for you.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about website content, who isn’t scared to challenge a brief if you don’t think it’s going to help customers or our business objectives.

What you’ll be doing

  • Working in a fast pace delivery team to ensure the Tesco Bank website is best in class.
  • Work as part of a scrum team with UX Designers, developers, and Digital Copywriters to create and build webpage content and tools.
  • Follow processes to ensure all work is carried out to the required standards in line with the Tesco Bank Tone of Voice and Digital principles, as well as ensuring all website changes are in line with FCA guidelines.
  • Support larger projects, being the voice of customer, advising on best options for website content.
  • Helping others with any website queries or questions.
  • Ensuring all website changes are delivered in a timely manner.

We need you to

  • Enjoy working with multiple stakeholders through the business and be a real team player.
  • Be familiar with Content Management Systems to update and create webpages.
  • Be good at multitasking and prioritising work.
  • Enjoy looking at data to see how the website is performing, making recommendations on findings.

And if you have any of these, even better

  • Experience of working in Agile would be advantageous, but don’t worry if you haven’t, we can train you.
  • Experience in writing content.

Role Alignment

Following the announcement regarding Tesco's' strategic partnership with Barclays, this role will support our banking business and will transfer to Barclay's UK towards the end of 2024, subject to regulatory approval. Please note, the transfer date may change.
