The Opportunity: As the Global Marketing Lead for Women’s Health, reporting to the Global Strategic Brand Lead, you will co-create brand strategies and support affiliates to localize these strategies, ensuring continuous growth. This role offers hybrid working, balancing remote work with in-office presence.

Key Activities
  1. Develop a 1-year operational plan with affiliates and functions, making strategic recommendations and ensuring brand performance excellence.
  2. Drive brand strategy and tactics across the region, maximizing market share and revenue, aligned with global strategy.
  3. Collaborate with Customer Engagement teams and country leads to incorporate deep customer insights into brand plans.
  4. Assist in developing recommendations for brand budget allocation in partnership with country teams.
  5. Partner with the Omnichannel Strategy & Operations team to deploy effective digital engagement strategies.
Essential Knowledge & Experience
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a global pharmaceutical organization focusing on established markets.
  • Fluency in Business English; multilingual skills are advantageous.
  • Experience in an above-country commercial role, demonstrating leadership and collaboration skills in multicultural settings.
  • Experience working in virtual and matrix environments.
Preferred Knowledge & Experience
  • Experience in Women’s Health or other specialty care areas is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong competencies in brand strategy, omnichannel marketing, forecasting, and financial management.
  • Experience with product launches and digital tools, data analytics, and CRM platforms.
Education/Qualifications
  • Advanced degree such as MBA, MPH, or equivalent.
Additional Information
  • This is a permanent, full-time position based in Addlestone, UK.
  • Hybrid work model; requires flexibility for in-office presence at least once per quarter.
