Facilities and Maintenance Administrator

As a result of our expansion plans, and our continued ongoing success, we are seeking a dynamic Facilities and Maintenance Administrator to be based at our Head Office in Plymouth.

About the Role

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  1. Accurately inputting information onto databases or other reporting systems, including compliance certificates, quotes, and invoices
  2. Logging maintenance jobs on the internal system for works to be completed
  3. Liaising with stores and contractors to ensure works are carried out in a timely manner
  4. Reconciling contractor job lists, ensuring all jobs have been completed
  5. Responding to problems as they arise and finding suitable solutions for all parties
  6. Maintaining excellent team and client relationships
  7. Maintaining accurate records
  8. Liaising with sub-contractors when necessary
  9. Assisting in the collation of monthly reports
  10. General administration tasks as required
Knowledge and Skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, both verbal and written skills
  • Well organized, able to prioritize and work under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Flexible, able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Facilities & Maintenance would be advantageous
Person Specification
  • A good degree of enthusiasm to learn and adapt to new challenges
  • Someone who can grow with the company and is willing to continue developing their skill set
