We’re seeking proactive and customer-focusedIT Service Delivery Leadsto support the implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of our customer-facing IT Service Delivery and Management function.
In this key role, you’ll oversee the service delivery of a diverse portfolio of customer IT applications across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with defined Service Level Agreements. You’ll also take charge of incident escalations, driving swift and effective resolutions to critical issues. Based in Northampton, with the flexibility to support 8 site locations, this is your chance to be at the heart of innovation in a fast-paced Life Sciences environment.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £60,000 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
