Project Manager – Infrastructure & Construction Workstreams


Clearance: SC Cleared


Contract Length: 6 months initially, with potential for extension


Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for experienced Project Managers to support delivery across three major infrastructure-focused workstreams: Roads & Gates, Accommodation/Buildings, and Utilities. These are client-side roles within a highly regulated environment, ideal for professionals who excel in complex, multi-stakeholder settings and can drive delivery from within the client organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead delivery of infrastructure or construction projects from initiation through to completion

Engage and coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and delivery partners

Maintain oversight of scope, risk, schedule, and budget

Ensure compliance with internal governance and regulatory frameworks

Report on progress, escalate issues appropriately, and drive resolution

Act as a key point of contact across internal and external teams

Requirements:

Proven experience delivering infrastructure or construction programmes – ideally within secure, regulated, or government-backed sectors (e.g., defence, nuclear)

Ability to work in client-side roles with limited direct authority, influencing and coordinating cross-functional teams

Comfortable navigating complex governance, processes, and stakeholder environments

Strong technical understanding of construction and delivery models, including Tier 1 contractor relationships
