As the Chef Manager at Charles Clore Court, you will lead and deliver a first-class catering service to the scheme, which includes 47 self-contained apartments for residents aged 55+.
This role involves hands-on preparation and cooking, as well as ownership of compliance, administration, and audits. You will work with a dedicated team of 4 colleagues: a Kitchen Assistant, Restaurant Service Assistant, Weekend Cook/Chef, and Weekend Kitchen Assistant, to deliver excellent service to our residents.
