Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a junior commercial lawyer to join the legal team of one of the biggest names in the global interactive entertainment industry.

You will be joining a lean, collaborative legal function and working on a variety of commercial agreements ranging from marketing and advertising, software agreements, to supplier and sales agreements. An interest in, or some exposure to, employment law issues is also important.

The role will also encompass elements of IP, consumer law, data protection and competition law as well as working closely with commercial stakeholders in the business.

The ideal candidate will be a newly qualified to two PQE lawyer with demonstrable commercial experience either from in-house or private practice. You do not need to have worked in the gaming industry previously but some experience in video games, media/entertainment or technology would be beneficial. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and a team-player who is willing to learn and to help build, and who has commercial acumen.
