Job description

Job Location : Westminster, CO

What You Will Do

You will manage, build, and deliver the overall attendee experience for Trimble’s annual Dimensions User Conference. Your responsibilities include collaborating with internal technology stakeholders to conceptualize and execute high-impact events for users worldwide, as well as working with key vendors and agencies to craft exceptional in-person experiences.

Key duties include:

  1. Overseeing and managing Rainfocus technology, including evaluating features, vetting additional platforms, building registration systems, reporting, and managing the event mobile app.
  2. Assisting Trimble’s centralized operations teams with implementing event technology strategies and developing Salesforce integration with Rainfocus to facilitate targeted agenda promotions with sales teams.
  3. Collaborating cross-functionally with the Events team to identify, scale, produce, and execute event technology solutions, along with ongoing system process improvements.
  4. Partnering with the Events team to define and develop reporting metrics from conception through reconciliation, including data flow integrations.
  5. Developing registration technology processes, backend structures, and data management needs.
  6. Creating registration site and mobile app reporting structures, including post-event KPIs, email campaigns, testing, troubleshooting, and deployments.
  7. Traveling onsite as needed (1-2 times per year) to oversee mobile app implementation and onsite registration.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in event management and familiarity with event technologies.
  • Experience managing event data, capturing attendee journey information to enhance experiences and demonstrate ROI.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM tools, and event registration software.
  • Self-starter with proactive problem-solving skills and minimal need for guidance.

  • Experience managing budgets and contracts.
  • Ability to keep projects on schedule and ensure reliable deliverables.
  • Experience managing agencies and freelancers.
  • Project management skills (e.g., Wrike).
  • Event registration software expertise (e.g., Rainfocus).
  • Marketing automation (e.g., Marketo).
  • CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce).

About Your Location

This role is based in the Westminster, Colorado Trimble office. Remote US locations may be considered for the right candidate.

Pay Range & Benefits

The estimated salary range is from $105,682 to $142,676, based on full-time employment. Trimble offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, paid time off, retirement plans, and additional programs such as tax savings plans, paid parental leave, and stock purchase plans.
