We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Notting Hill, London. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events for our clients. You will be responsible for all aspects of the event process, from concept development to post-event evaluation.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and manage event budgets
  2. Create and manage event timelines and schedules
  3. Source and negotiate with vendors
  4. Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and equipment rentals
  5. Oversee event setup and execution
  6. Manage event registration and attendee management
  7. Collect and compile event feedback
  8. Prepare post-event reports
  9. Stay up-to-date on current event trends and technologies
Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a related role
  2. Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field
  3. Strong understanding of event planning and management principles
  4. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  6. Familiarity with event planning software (Canva, Eventbrite, etc.)
  7. Experience with social media marketing platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
