We’re looking for an NTQ Delivery Manager to join a fast-paced environment, playing a critical role in maintaining and replacing mobile network infrastructure across the UK.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of site acquisitions, upgrades, and equipment moves linked to NTQs and high-risk locations.
  • Managing 3rd party suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic network objectives.
  • Minimising service disruption by enabling continuity or replacement of coverage through well-executed infrastructure projects.
  • Providing input into risk assessments, legal negotiations, and lease renewals, supporting site security and continuity of service.

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong experience in telecoms infrastructure rollout, particularly in managing site risks, NTQ processes, and supplier performance.
  • Proven ability to coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams, from surveyors and legal teams to technical and design functions.
  • Expertise in contract management, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent problem-solving, planning, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise high-risk sites and escalate where necessary.
