Primary Teacher Needed for School in Uxbridge

We are working with a fantastic provision in Uxbridge who are looking for the right individual to join their team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting children across Primary Year Groups. A strong sense of behaviour management is important.

Their students range from EYFS to KS2. They take part in a range of activities to enhance their learning, and they are supported, challenged and encouraged to succeed, both academically and pastorally.

They are now looking for a new and passionate Primary Teacher to join their team for September 2025! This is also a permanent position.

About the role:

  • You would be in the one School ASAP, Full time.

  • Working with students who have challenging behaviour, attachment and trauma in class sizes of 4-6 pupils

  • This is a setting where having a calm, nurturing and empathetic nature is key

  • Some experience within SEND / SEMH preferable but not necessity

  • Passionate about supporting students and their social and emotional journey

  • Would accept ECT’s

What do I need?

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Driving Licence - Essential

  • Flexibility, enthusiasm and motivation to deliver great lessons

  • Understanding of SEMH

  • Behaviour management skills

  • An ability to adhere to and implement schools’ various policies
