IT Field Engineer (Previous Relevant Experience is Required), Glasgow

This role is based in Glasgow, United Kingdom, and requires an EU work permit. The position involves working as an IT Field Engineer, supporting public sector clients, and requires Garda clearance.

Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with the installation of equipment and materials following contract manuals and procedural documents.
2. Providing technical support for installed solutions.
3. Escalating issues to Problem Management for ongoing incidents.
4. Reviewing and managing open incidents daily.
5. Possibly working on network infrastructure products and PCs, with IP experience preferred.
