An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Female Therapy Assistant to support a bright young lady named Isla, who uses eye gaze technology for communication. This role involves working closely with Isla's family and a multidisciplinary team to implement therapy plans and foster her independence. The ideal candidate will be bubbly, confident, and have previous experience with eye gaze communication. Training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for therapy students or experienced support workers to make a meaningful impact in Isla's rehabilitation journey.

Overview of role:
While eye gaze is the primary focus, the therapy assistant/higher-level support worker will also support all of Isla’s therapy programs, implementing plans outlined by her multidisciplinary team (physio, SALT, OT, etc.). Isla is a determined individual, and we expect her support worker to help her continue her rehabilitation progress and develop her independence and self-help skills. Training will be provided for all aspects of the role, so you will be confident in your responsibilities.
