Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for a highly professional market leading Normanton based client who are seeking dynamic Telesales Executives for their sales team. Please note that this role is fully office based at the client's Normanton site.


Your role will be vital in driving the growth of our organization, leveraging our extensive range of products and services. Your primary responsibility will be identifying, cultivating, and managing new business opportunities, alongside managing and growing existing accounts. The OTE is £10k on top of your basic salary.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
  2. Manage and grow existing accounts.
  3. Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Candidate Requirements:
  1. Professional and confident communication skills.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a customer service role.
  3. Motivated and organized with a drive to achieve.
  4. Excellent negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to learn about products and services and discuss them with customers.
  6. Excellent time management skills and ability to work to set standards and tight deadlines.
  7. Competency in using standard Microsoft packages.
  8. Ability to work calmly within a busy sales environment and handle rejection.
  9. Ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.15am to 5.15pm.
