We're looking for an exceptional Project Manager of Custodial Services to join our team and elevate our Custodial Services at a tier 1 land grant university. If you have a knack for managing diverse teams, optimizing budgets, and ensuring top-notch service delivery, we want to hear from you!

Site is located in Stillwater, OK, and we require this Project Manager to reside in Stillwater (or within a 30-minute commute) or relocate within approximately 30 days — relocation assistance provided!

What You'll Be Doing:

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Educational Background: A high school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of supervisory experience in custodial or facilities services, managing at least 40 employees.
  • Environment: Experience working in a campus environment, servicing multiple sites.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, resilience under pressure, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
  • Technical Know-How: Strong digital literacy, especially with Microsoft Office, and a valid Driver’s License.
  • Location: Reside in or be able to relocate to Stillwater, OK. Relocation assistance available!
