Job description

Kovacs Group is excited to offer this opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced logistics operation in Lutterworth. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our client’s team.

Required:

• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 15kg unassisted and handle heavier items with team support.
• Commitment to the fixed 4 on/4 off shift schedule.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Previous experience in distribution or logistics is advantageous but not essential.
• 6 months Experience - Inhouse License Advantage
• Transport Provided due to location and shift pattern.

Daily Duties:

• Loading and unloading.
• Repeatedly lift items up to 20kg unassisted or via team lift for heavier items (up to 25kg).
• Work across various departments as required, showing flexibility and adaptability.
• Identify and suggest process improvements based on your daily experience.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and managers, maintaining high productivity levels.
• Complete tasks independently and as part of a team.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisors.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly pay. £12.25 to £13.75 + Overtime Rates.

Shift:

We have rotation shift.

06:00-14:00

14:00-22:00

Night shift Sunday to Thursday – 22:00-06:00

Mid shift 07:00 – 15:00, 08:00 – 16:00, and 09:00 – 17:00 – depends on business needs.
