Private Client Solicitor Romsey Full-time GBP40,000 - GBP60,000 per annum depending on experience

Our client is a well-established firm located in Romsey, Hampshire, providing legal services for individuals, businesses, and property matters.

They are seeking a motivated and experienced Private Client Solicitor to become part of their busy team in Romsey, specialising in wills, trusts, and probate.

Are you the right person for the job?

• Experienced solicitor with 3+ years PQE in private client law
• Ideally candidates hold STEP or Lifetime Lawyer accreditations or are working towards these (not essential but desirable)
• Driven to provide outstanding legal advice in wills, trusts, and probate
• Skilled at managing and expanding a busy caseload
• Strong client relationship management abilities
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle would be preferable, but not essential.

What will your role look like?

• Drafting complex Wills and Codicils
• Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Drafting Deeds of Variation
• Handling Probate applications and administration
• Managing Deputyship applications to the Court of Protection
• Providing expert advice on Inheritance Tax and succession planning
