Position: Barista

Salary: £13.50 per hour

We’re looking for our barista team to help cover full service hours from 8am to 4pm. Whether you’re seeking part-time, full-time, or flexible shifts, we’d love to hear from you! We offer a free bus service for staff on the 21 or 460 routes.

We’re seeking Baristas with great energy, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for coffee! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can make a perfect flat white, we want to hear from you.

As part of our contract catering team, you’ll serve more than just coffee—you’ll help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks in.

Responsibilities:

• Making high-quality coffees and hot drinks to order
• Delivering friendly, professional service with a smile
• Supporting light food prep, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness of the café area
• Engaging with customers to enhance their experience
• Adhering to health, safety, and food hygiene standards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a café environment (training provided for the right candidate)
• A passion for great coffee and customer service
• Reliable, confident, and team-oriented
• Calm and proactive, even during busy times
• Flexible to work various shifts, including mornings and lunchtimes
