Sue Ryder Dee View Court in Kincorth, Aberdeen, is Scotland's only purpose-built specialist neurological centre providing care for people with complex neurological conditions, including Huntington's disease, multiple sclerosis, and acquired brain injuries.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker for our Supported Living services. This role involves 37.5 hours per week, with various shifts including weekends, on a rotational basis.
Dee View Court has expanded from 22 to 36 bedrooms and now includes seven supported living apartments, increasing our capacity to care for up to 44 residents.
The successful candidate will care for two residents in supported accommodation.
Our supported living services enable individuals to live as independently as possible in adapted homes suited to their needs.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual committed to helping people reach their full potential while managing complex health conditions. Flexibility to cover early and late shifts, nights, weekends, and public holidays on a rota is essential. Experience in a similar environment is preferred, along with an SVQ Level 3 or willingness to undertake it. Comprehensive induction and training will be provided.
